“Mr. Petlow definitely performed services far “above and beyond” the call of duty in consummating the sale of the house and close of escrow. Since both my daughter and I were not in Santa Barbara, Mr. Petlow oversaw and took care of all of the many details that would normally have been the seller’s sole responsibility and not that of the realtor. Mr. Petlow made arrangements for the required inspections, for smoke alarms and water heater bracing, and coordinated having debris removed, which was a condition of the sale. He made voluminous trips to the house to make sure that everything was done in a timely and efficient fashion.
