Andrew attributes his continued success to his skill, focus and expertise in fulfilling his clients' goals. With over 30 years of real estate and investment expertise, Andrew combines a strong business sense with a solutions-based approach to real estate that his clients find unparalleled in the real estate industry.

When he isn’t negotiating contracts or showing property, Andrew spends time cooking, playing the drums, or enjoying the Santa Barbara Lifestyle with his beautiful wife, Carolyn. A self-taught gourmet chef, Andrew developed his own brand of award-winning hot sauce, and has even written his own cookbook which has sold over 300 copies to date. He is also an accomplished musician and drummer, and has been featured on several professional recordings throughout the United States, Europe and Japan.

About Andrew

Andrew has lived in the beautiful Santa Barbara area since moving here from Ontario, Canada with his parents when he was only a year old. He literally grew up in the real estate industry at the knee of his father, a local real estate agent, lender and investor. By the age of 17, he was working full-time for his family’s property management company handling the purchasing and selling of the company's real estate holdings, where he quickly became well versed in the art of negotiation.
